Huxley Laboratory Refurbishment, Keele University

Pave Aways delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of the Huxley Laboratory, a project that has enhanced the facility’s capabilities. This project involved a two-phase approach. Phase one consisted of selective demolition within the ground floor courtyard of the existing Huxley building. Demolition included the removal of masonry, walls, and doors to prepare the area for the new extension.

Phase two involved the construction of a new extension, followed by a complete internal fit-out to create a state-of-the-art laboratory space. The completed project has provided the University with an upgraded and modern facility to support advanced research and teaching.
