Live – St Martins School Roof Repairs

Pave Aways has been appointed to deliver a 17-week restoration project at St Martins School following fire damage to part of the building.

The works include the careful removal and replacement of the damaged roof, alongside repairs to affected windows, skylights, internal walls and floor finishes. The project also involves the replacement of mechanical and electrical services to ensure the building is safe, compliant and ready for continued use.

Throughout the programme, our team will work closely with the school and stakeholders to minimise disruption, maintain safe access and ensure the highest standards of health and safety. Careful planning will also be undertaken to manage deliveries, waste and site operations responsibly.

As part of our commitment to sustainable construction, we are targeting a minimum 90% diversion of construction waste from landfill and will monitor our environmental performance throughout the project, seeking opportunities to reduce waste, maximise recycling and minimise our carbon impact wherever possible.
