Whilst 40% of our projects are new builds, they account for over 54% of our turnover. This is because new build projects tend to be larger in scale than refurbs.
New build projects can be on greenfield land, or sites where there are existing buildings that need to be demolished prior to new and exciting buildings being constructed.
Our new build projects vary from £100,000 to in excess of £8million, and cover a variety of sizes and sectors. Our current projects vary from a small class base extension, to a housing development of 40 dwellings, to the construction of a new 22 lab science block.
We are experienced in all types off new build – including traditional masonry, timber frame and steel frame. We are able to complete a project to varying degrees of fit out – ie leaving a shell for full fit out by tenants, or a full turn-key solution, where we provide everything within the building and the occupants can walk in one day and start work immediately.
