Royal seal of approval for our Aston Villa build

It’s been a secret we’ve been keeping for a long time, but we can now, at last, share details of an exciting build we completed for Premiership side Aston Villa last year following the official opening by HRH the Duke of Cambridge.

Prince William visited the new £6m extension to the club’s training facility at Bodymoor Heath near Tamworth yesterday (May 4), meeting team players.

Prince William, who is a Villa supporter and president of the Football Association, had a tour of the new facility that we handed over in December. The contract included the construction of a new high-performance gym, sports science and office accommodation to enhance the club’s existing facilities.

Managing Director Steven Owen said it had been a prestigious contract for Pave Aways.

“Our team worked incredibly hard during a challenging period with the coronavirus pandemic to deliver this state-of-the-art building that has provided much needed additional training facilities for the team,” he said.

“To get the royal seal of approval with the Prince’s visit has been the icing on the cake. This was a build we are very proud of and we’re delighted that we can at last share some images of this project with everyone.”
