Our MD Steven Owen is celebrating a major milestone in his career with Pave Aways — 10 years as Managing Director.
Steven joined the business in 1997 as a site engineer and became a site manager in 1998. He was promoted to contracts manager in 2007 and at that time, due to the size of the company, was responsible for all the company’s projects.
Steven was then appointed as contracts director in 2010 and was invited to lead a management buy-out in 2011, taking over as Managing Director. In the past 10 years, he has developed Pave Aways into one of the leading main contractors across Shropshire and Mid Wales.
Members of staff have been paying tribute to him in a video specially recorded to mark his 10 years at the top.
