This week, Pave Aways bids a fond farewell to Dave Parry after 45 years of dedicated service.
Pave Aways is celebrating the incredible career of Dave Parry, who has retired this week after an astounding 45 years with the company. Dave, who began his journey with us at our original Park Hall head office, has been an integral part of our story, witnessing and contributing to our transformation from a civil engineering firm to the reputable building company we are today.
Starting in stores and plant, Dave’s role was crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects from the very beginning. He experienced firsthand our early days at Park Hall, when our work focused on groundworks, hard landscaping, and road construction for local clients. Over the decades, Dave was part of the Pave Aways story as it expanded its horizons, securing building maintenance contracts at military bases and other establishments, and gradually shifting its primary focus to building maintenance and construction.
