Project Overview

Castell Howell Distribution centre is a steel portal framed building with a masonry low level wall to office area and concrete shuttered walls to loading bays. The wall construction is of 80mm insulated composite panels and insulated roof.

The loading area comprise of 10no loading bays with dock levellers and air curtains. The office block consists of drivers rest room, office and welfare. The yard is of concrete construction with vehicle wash down area and charging points and a tarmacadam parking area and landscaping.

The site includes perimeter security fencing, CCTV and external flood lighting and associated mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Duration 26 weeks.
