We love being part of the communities where we work so we were more than happy to step in and provide the manpower to help a Telford church erect its staggering poppy display.
Our team came to the aid of the Holy Trinity Wrockwardine Wood & Oakengates Church to lift the 22-metre poppy cascade into place ahead of Remembrance Day on November 11.
We are currently working on a neighbouring site for Wrekin Housing Trust demolishing eight flats and building a small development of four houses and three bungalows at James Close, Trench, and our team downed tools for a short while to help manoeuvre the display into place.
The poppy cascade is a magnificent tribute to those who have lost their lives in combat and we’re delighted to have played a small part in it.
