Joined Pave Aways Feb 1997.

MD of Pave Aways Limited since July 2011, Steven leads the senior management team. With over 25 years operational experience, Steven drives the progressive and strategic growth of Pave Aways and retains a “hands on” approach to ensure that the previous track record of the company is continually maintained and improved.

Pave Aways Limited success relies upon true team co-operation and understanding people’s strengths, both of which are key attributes in Steven’s armoury.

Joined Pave Aways August 2005.

Vicky holds overall responsibility for Pave Aways Quantity Surveying and Estimating Team. She works hard to ensure that our team of buyers, estimators and surveyors act in a professional and courteous manner, to protect the Company’s financial entitlement and maintain the relationships held with clients and our supply chain.

Vicky joined Pave Aways in 2005 as a trainee Quantity Surveyor. Since then she has progressed through the company to the position she now holds.

In his role as Construction Director, Jamie is responsible for the overall running of our sites. As well as having his own projects, he is involved with all of our other projects, and is always on hand to offer a solution to an issue from a different viewpoint.

Prior to joining Pave Aways, Jamie worked for a number of National Contractors. He joined as a Site Engineer and progressed to Site Manager, Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager and finally to Construction Director.

Joined Pave Aways August 2016.

Charlie is responsible for managing and overseeing Pave Aways’ financial operations. Charlie leads the finance team in optimising the financial performance of the company, managing reporting processes and monitoring cash flow forecasts.

With a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting, Charlie first joined Pave Aways as Finance Manager and was appointed Finance Director in October 2022.
