Work on the conversion of former offices into a hub for new and expanding businesses in Mid Wales is progressing well.
We are carrying out the conversion and refurbishment of Ladywell House in Newtown for our client, Heart of Wales Property Service. The scheme will see the building transformed into a modern, flexible workspace for new and expanding businesses.
When completed, it will offer 2,500 square metres of flexible office space for smaller businesses to establish and grow. Part of the project involves improvements to the building’s energy efficiency and the installation of green technologies including solar energy and charging points for electric vehicles.
