We have started work on two new affordable housing schemes in Mid Wales.
We will be building 26 one-bedroom flats in Newtown and seven homes in Sarn for Powys County Council.
The £3.3m development in Newtown is on land adjacent to Newtown Bowling Club and will provide low-carbon accommodation.
We are also building four two-bedroomed bungalows, two two-bedroomed and one three-bedroomed houses in Sarn. The £1.3m development has been designed to Passivhaus certifications standards – the most energy efficient certification possible.
Site clearance and set up is underway on both sites, that are being managed by a Mid Wales based team. We look forward to charting their progress!
