Delivered for Denbighshire County Council, the award recognises the high-quality design, construction, and collaboration that brought this community-focused development to life.
The project involved the partial demolition, reconfiguration, and refurbishment of a former office building to create 12 modern apartments, providing much-needed social housing in the local area.
Our team carried out a wide range of works including the installation of a new roof, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, utility connections, and full window and door replacements. The scheme also included asbestos removal, external landscaping, and extensive building restoration, with every detail delivered to the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and comfort.
We’re now looking ahead to the LABC National Awards in January, where Llys Elizabeth will proudly represent Wales on the national stage!
