We’re delighted to welcome three new members to the Pave Aways team as part of our continued investment in developing people and nurturing future talent.
Oscar Bennion (right) joined us in September as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor while studying BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying at Wolverhampton University. He is currently shadowing our experienced Quantity Surveyors, gaining practical, on-the-job experience and insight into the commercial side of construction.
Harvey Morris (centre) has taken up the role of Trainee Site Manager alongside studying BSc (Hons) Construction Management at Wrexham University. Harvey’s role will see him working closely with our site teams to build his understanding of project delivery and site management in a live construction environment.
At the end of September, we also welcomed Gavin Jones (left) to our Knockin head office as our new Yardman. Gavin brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industry, where he worked as a vehicle technician. With a practical mindset and a willingness to turn his hand to any task, he’s already proving to be a great addition to the team.
We’re very proud to support people at all stages of their careers, from trainees taking their first steps into the industry to those bringing new skills and experience into our business.
