We’re delighted to welcome Mark Darler to Pave Aways as our new Contracts Manager, bringing more than 17 years of experience across the commercial and public sectors.
With a strong track record in delivering education, healthcare and commercial schemes, he has led a broad portfolio of complex projects throughout his career. A particular highlight is the award-winning Cyber Security Centre in Hereford, a high-profile development that showcases his ability to deliver exceptional quality within a specialist environment.
He joins Pave Aways with a robust technical and commercial skillset, complemented by a collaborative approach to working with clients and project teams. Building trusted relationships and maintaining open dialogue are central to his approach, qualities that will further strengthen our ability to deliver projects smoothly, safely and to the highest standard.
Based in Telford, he is a proud father of three and an active member of the local community, coaching a grassroots football team in his spare time. Away from work, he’s a keen runner, having progressed from 5km races to full marathons in just 18 months – completing the London Marathon and now setting his sights on Edinburgh later this year!
At Pave Aways, he will oversee key education schemes, including the RAAC replacement works at Donnington Wood Infant School and the new SEND Hub at Grove School. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the experience, leadership and energy he brings to the team.
