Live – John Fletcher of Madeley Primary School Refurbishment

Pave Aways is delivering a phased refurbishment programme at John Fletcher of Madeley Primary School, covering a range of internal and external improvements across Phases 1 to 3.

The works include the refurbishment of various areas of the school, alongside a new car park extension and alterations to the existing parking facilities. Mechanical and electrical alterations, together with decoration and finishing works, are also being undertaken as part of the programme. The project is currently in progress, with completion scheduled for the end of August 2026.

With the school remaining operational throughout the works, careful planning, phasing and communication have been essential to ensure the programme can progress safely while minimising disruption to pupils, staff and day-to-day school activities.

The works are being carefully coordinated around the school’s operations, with site access, working areas and construction activities managed to maintain a safe environment for the school community.
