Charlotte Davies

Charlie is responsible for managing and overseeing Pave Aways’ financial operations, leading the finance team in optimising the financial performance of the company, managing reporting processes and monitoring cashflow forecasts.

With a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting, Charlie first joined Pave Aways as Finance Manager in 2016 and was appointed Finance Director in October 2022.
