We are predicting a positive first quarter after securing a string of new contracts worth more than £11m.
Pave Aways has been named as the main contractor for a £3.3m project to build new kitchen and dining facilities at the Ministry of Defence’s Nesscliffe Training Camp, which is where our first job was 45 years ago.
We have been appointed by Powys Council to a £2.1m conversion of Ladywell House in Newtown into a business centre; a £1.9m refurbishment of the Ludlow Assembly Rooms; a £1m project to update the landmark Anstice Building in Madeley, Telford; a £1.3m development of 13 properties in Pool Meadow, Hadley, Telford; and a £570k project for Shropshire Council for two classroom extensions at Shifnal Primary School. We have also been re-appointed to the roofing framework for Wrexham County Borough Council in a deal worth £1.3m.
Managing Director Steven Owen said this success was important given the challenges currently facing the construction industry.
