#RunRideRow24 rakes in more than £5,000 for charity

We ran. We rowed. We cycled. And in 24 hours we covered nearly 1,600 miles and raised an incredible £5,011 (and counting) for The Harry Johnson Trust!

It was a brilliant 24 hours – there was pizza, sweets, sore knees (and bottoms), an incredible sunrise, a smoking treadmill, donations from the postman and an amazing team spirit.

There were two visits from BBC Radio Shropshire; we chatted to reporter Chloe at the start at 3pm on Thursday – listen here to the Drivetime show at 1.09.38. Ryan popped back to check on us during the Breakfast show on Friday – listen again at 2.37.38.

We have to thank everyone who took part in #RunRideRow24 including family, friends and the Atlantic Mavericks, everyone who has donated or supported us and Chirk Leisure Centre and Crossfit SY1 for the machines. A special mention to contracts manager Stefan Ivanovic and construction quality manager Shawn Humphreys who organised the event.

You can still donate by clicking here.

Stay tuned for part two of our fundraising shenanigans later this year!
