This month marks a major milestone for our Commercial Director, Victoria Lawson, as she celebrates an incredible 20 years with Pave Aways.
Since joining us in 2005, Victoria has played a pivotal role in delivering almost sixty schemes for more than twenty different clients. She first joined Pave Aways as a trainee, learning the ropes by carrying out meticulous site measures, a thoroughness that has stayed with her throughout her career.
Over the past two decades, Victoria has worked across an impressive range of education, commercial, residential, leisure and healthcare projects. Highlights include delivering new teaching and specialist facilities for Concord College in her earlier days, Telford College, Harper Adams University and more recently Keele University, commercial schemes such as Carden Park, and landmark developments like Aston Villa’s new gym and sports science building.
She has worked with clients ranging from local authorities to private sector companies, bringing over £95 million of construction to life in her roles as Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director.

Managing Director, Steven Owen said:
Over the past 20 years, Victoria has been a true gem for Pave Aways. Her dedication, expertise and energy make it a privilege to have her as my business partner.
This year also sees another long-service milestone, with our Construction Director, Jamie Evans, celebrating 21 years at Pave Aways, another testament to the expertise and commitment of our team with almost 80 years of Pave Aways experience between the team of Directors.
Victoria’s leadership and professionalism have helped shape the Pave Aways we know today.
Congratulations, Victoria, and thank you for your outstanding contribution over the past two decades!
