This September, we will be starting two new schemes in Powys that will enhance facilities in both Welshpool and Llanfair.
At Welshpool Hospital, we are delivering a 16-week programme on behalf of Powys Teaching Health Board to extend and refurbish the existing dining room. The works will include both internal and external upgrades such as lighting, M&E, structural and roofing elements, as well as drainage improvements. Once complete, the project will provide a refreshed and functional space for staff and visitors. Image from One Creative Environment:
At the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway, we will begin the first phase of a refurbishment programme. This will involve renewing the building envelope, with the safe removal of the existing asbestos roof and wall cladding.
