Only a few tables remain for Pave Aways’ Charity Ball, with this year’s event set to bring together colleagues, clients, suppliers and friends for an evening of fundraising in support of Alzheimer’s Society.
Taking place on 18 September 2026 at Shrewsbury Croud Meadow, the black-tie event promises an evening of good food, entertainment and fundraising.
Hosted by Carl Jones, the evening will begin with a welcome drink before guests enjoy a three-course meal, live entertainment from Microbaby and a charity auction, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the evening while contributing to an important cause.

The Charity Ball is one of the highlights of our fundraising calendar, bringing together our team, clients, supply chain and friends for a brilliant evening away from the day-to-day – and, most importantly, raising money for our Charity of the Year, Alzheimer’s Society.
Alzheimer’s Society is a cause that means a great deal to us, and throughout the year we’re taking every opportunity to raise funds and awareness to support the charity’s work with people affected by dementia, as well as its vital research into the condition.
Cartwrights and Shropshire Mixed Concrete (SMC) are returning as joint event sponsors, with Cartwrights also sponsoring our host, Carl Jones, and SMC sponsoring our professional magician. JCE & Sons are sponsoring the welcome drinks, while Greyroads Ltd is sponsoring the evening’s entertainment from Microbaby. Pave Aways is also sponsoring the special guest table.
