Finance Director Charlotte Davies is celebrating a decade with Pave Aways after reaching her 10-year milestone with the business.
Since joining the company as Finance Manager in 2016, Charlotte has been part of a period of significant growth, becoming Finance Director in 2022 and playing an important role in shaping the business’s long-term success. Today, she leads the finance team and oversees the financial strategy that supports Pave Aways’ continued investment in its people, projects and future.
Managing Director Steven Owen said Charlotte’s contribution had been instrumental to the company’s success.
