Pave Aways is celebrating success across two of its projects, with Wellington Market and Donnington Wood Primary School both recognised with Bronze Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards.
The awards recognise the high standards maintained by the teams across both projects, with Wellington Market achieving an outstanding 45/45 score at its latest monitor visit.
Wellington Market
Our Wellington Market site is now approaching handover of Phase Three, with finishing touches being made to the new market stalls ahead of traders moving into their new spaces.
The market has remained operational throughout the works, with traders continuing to welcome customers while the refurbishment has progressed around them. The latest phase is due to reopen from 1 September, marking another significant milestone for the project.
The Bronze Award and 45/45 score are a fantastic reflection of the team’s approach to delivering the project in a busy, live environment while maintaining high standards throughout.

Donnington Wood Primary School
The team has also been recognised for its work at Donnington Wood Primary School, where Pave Aways delivered a RAAC removal and associated refurbishment project. The project was handed over in April 2026, and has now received a Bronze Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Award.
Working within a live school environment, the project required careful planning and coordination to safely remove the RAAC and complete the associated works while minimising disruption to the school community. Receiving recognition for both projects is a great achievement for everyone involved and highlights the consistent standards our teams strive to maintain across every Pave Aways site.

A very well done to both project teams! 👏
