Live – Telford Park School, New Classroom Block

We are delivering a new two-storey teaching classroom block at Telford Park School, located on Grange Avenue, Telford (TF3 1FA). The project will provide eight modern teaching spaces, fully accessible toilet facilities, and a lift to ensure inclusivity for all students.

The building will feature a steel frame structure with concrete decks and a lightweight Steel Framing System, offering a durable, flexible, and energy-efficient learning environment.

Construction is scheduled to start on 13 October 2025, with completion expected by 10 August 2026, over a 43-week programme. This expansion supports the school’s commitment to providing high-quality learning spaces for its growing student community.

Sustainability Performance

Sustainability has remained a key consideration throughout the delivery of the Telford Park School project. Through careful material selection, efficient site management and ongoing monitoring of environmental performance, the project has achieved an embodied carbon footprint of just 67.35 tCO₂e.
